If you are returning because you are having issues with set-up or operation of Rift Rally, we encourage you to check out our help section before you initiate your return. We have loads of videos and articles to help you get set up and troubleshoot common problems so you can get up and racing with ease! Help can be found at our help center.
You can also reach out to our customer support who are also happy to assist with any issues you may have by submitting a ticket, chatting with us, or giving us a call!
Initiate a return
To return your product, you can submit a ticket.
Note that we can only accept returns that were purchased directly at riftrally.com. If you purchased from the retailers below, please refer to the return policy of the retailer from which you purchased.
Return shipping is free if you’re shipping from the United States. After you submit a ticket for your return, we will provide you with a return label to ship the product back to us. (If you don’t see the email from us, don’t forget to check your junk folder)
Once we receive your product in our warehouse, we will issue your refund. Credit will be issued in the same manner as your original purchase payment. You may expect to see a credit to your account within 10 – 15 business days.
